Regent Construction Group, LLC is a full service General Contracting and Design Build company. At the core of our company is an ownership group who has been in the construction business for over 35 years. For the last 20 years we have specialized in the senior housing industry exclusively, encompassing all facets of senior residences to include multiple storied Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care facilities. Our financial strength allows us the opportunity to be more than a General Contractor to our clients, it allows us to provide Design Build services and/or Merchant Buildering.
Our experience and expertise enables us to provide our clients with innovative solutions to the complex problems which arise during the construction process, especially in the licensed world of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Most of our competitors in the senior market will only participate in one licensure a year with the Department of Aging and Disabilities (TDADS). This leaves them at a disadvantage of not knowing the latest code changes and interpretations. The owners of Regent take a direct role and have personally lead all of their TDADS inspections (averaging one a quarter) throughout their career. This not only gives our company an advantage over the competition, it has kept us on the cutting edge of the constantly changing regulatory requirements in the Senior Housing industry and has fostered a mutual respect and understanding from amongst the regional inspectors.
